Rental & Event Requests

Our facilities are available to use for weddings, funerals, and other events. Please keep in mind that it is best to request event/room at least two months in advance. All events are subject to our building policies. Submitting your request below does not guarantee you the use of our facilities.

If you haven't heard from us within five business days of submitting your request, please call our church office at (956) 686-3784.

Make sure to indicate the amount of time to set up and clean up.

Describe your event here and include the start time as well as the duration of the event.

List each room, including the set up of tables and chairs. Remember that rooms are not guaranteed until each request is reviewed to avoid any scheduling conflicts. If this event is offsite, please share with us the address and name of the place.
